After specialized mechanical processing, screening and iron removal, the material is formed into highly stable blocks, granules and powder products ensuring exceptional industrial purity and performance. This ISO certified fused silica product is available with customer customization options and contains SiO2 purity of 99.88% with stable chemical composition including Al2O3 200ppm, Fe2O3 80ppm, Na2O 50ppm, K2O 50ppm, TiO2 30ppm, CaO 30ppm and MgO 20ppm. Known for near zero thermal expansion, extremely low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, high purity, stable chemical properties, circular particle shape, large packing density and controlled particle size distribution, Fused Silica Sand Powder is widely used in ceramic manufacturing, shell making materials in precision casting, refractory materials, quartz nozzle, quartz crucible for steel industry, multi-space cellular ceramics in environmental protection equipment and various industrial crucibles.
